We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Speaking Legal Consultant to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge international legal projects, providing strategic advice and support to our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of commercial law, excellent analytical capabilities, and superb communication skills in English. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex international and German legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and memoranda in English.
• Provide strategic legal advice and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation for client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas and jurisdictions.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
• Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent advanced law degree.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a professional level.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial law, corporate law, or dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

• Admission to a bar in a major common law jurisdiction (e.g., England & Wales, New York, California).
• Experience working in an international law firm or a multinational corporation.
• Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher) is a significant advantage.

• Project management skills and experience.
