Join our agricultural team as a Sunflower Field Helper for the upcoming season! We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our sunflower cultivation projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role perfect for those who enjoy working in nature and contributing to the success of agricultural research and production. No prior experience in agriculture is strictly required; we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow with us. Your English language skills are valued and will facilitate communication within our diverse team.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assisting with planting and cultivating sunflower crops.
- Performing manual weeding and pest control under supervision.
- Monitoring plant health and identifying potential issues.
- Participating in harvesting activities, including manual collection and preparation.
- Maintaining field cleanliness and organization.
- Following safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Assisting with data collection and field observations as required.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Basic communication skills in English.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Previous experience in outdoor or agricultural work.
- Familiarity with basic farm tools and equipment.
- A valid driver's license (Class B equivalent in Germany) is a plus.
