We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Postdoc Researcher to join our English Speaking Institute. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and contribute to ongoing research projects within the institute's strategic focus areas.
• Design and conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and interpret results.
• Prepare and submit research findings for publication in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.
• Present research at national and international conferences and seminars.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and international partners.
• Contribute to the supervision of master's and doctoral students.
• Assist in writing grant proposals to secure external funding for research projects.
• Engage in academic service activities within the institute and university.
• Continuously develop expertise and knowledge in relevant research fields.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or humanities discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, Linguistics, Environmental Science).
• Demonstrable track record of research excellence, including peer-reviewed publications.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral, to a native or near-native level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience in securing research funding or contributing to grant applications.
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students at the university level.
