Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hybrid Six Sigma Black Belt to join our Process Improvement team in Frankfurt am Main. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence initiatives across various business units. The successful candidate will lead complex process improvement projects, applying Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes of inefficiencies, reduce defects, and optimize workflows. This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of on-site collaboration and remote work, fostering a dynamic and flexible work environment. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring Green Belts, and delivering tangible results that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, utilizing the DMAIC methodology.
- Identify, analyze, and implement solutions for critical business process inefficiencies and performance gaps.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical tools and techniques to quantify problems and validate solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings with stakeholders at all levels to foster engagement and buy-in.
- Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of process improvements.
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Six Sigma projects in a large corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python).
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and value stream mapping.
- Ability to influence and drive change across various organizational levels.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other digital transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in German (in addition to English).
