We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English-speaking Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bruck an der Leitha. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes, focusing on optimization, development, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production and continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art facilities. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop, optimize, and characterize semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, metrology).
- Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D, equipment engineering, and product development teams to bring new technologies into production.
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to investigate process parameters and their impact on device performance.
- Document process specifications, work instructions, and experimental results.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on new processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all process engineering activities.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
- Ability to analyze complex data and solve technical problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Experience with specific process areas such as advanced lithography, dry etch, or thin film deposition.
- Familiarity with factory automation systems and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, R).
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a hybrid work model environment.
