Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic design studio in Tulln an der Donau. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience eager to kickstart their career in architecture. You will work closely with senior architects and designers, contributing to various stages of our projects, from conceptual design to detailed documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your design skills, and grow within a collaborative and innovative environment at a leading Austrian firm.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
• Support the design team in developing conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentations.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and relevant regulations.
• Create 3D models and visualizations using rendering software.
• Prepare design documents for client meetings and project submissions.
• Assist with site visits, measurements, and existing conditions surveys as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on design solutions and project coordination.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Rhino 3D or SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Austria.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design and representation skills.
• Fluency in German is a strong asset for local project communication.
