Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Development Consultant with a strong focus on HR Strategy to join our dynamic team in Graz. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex organizational changes, optimize human capital, and develop robust HR strategies that align with their overall business objectives. You will work on diverse projects across various industries, providing strategic advice and implementing innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Lead and support organizational design and transformation projects, including change management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, identifying areas for improvement in structure, culture, and processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients on topics related to organizational development and HR best practices.
  • Provide expert advice on talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in organizational development and HR technology.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for client engagements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or a related HR strategy role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and strategic frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Experience with HR technology platforms and digital HR transformation.
  • Certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI) or project management (e.g., PMP).
  • Previous experience working within a large consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
