EY is seeking a Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in Lugano, Switzerland. This role is crucial for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic alliances with international startups, venture capital firms, accelerators, and other key players in the global innovation landscape. You will drive initiatives that foster co-creation, market expansion, and mutual growth, bridging the gap between innovative startups and EY’s extensive client network and expertise. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic international startup partners aligned with EY’s innovation and business development objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies, including co-marketing, joint solution development, and market access initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustainable, long-term relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing ongoing communications, performance, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal EY teams (e.g., Consulting, Tax, Assurance) to identify opportunities for leveraging partnerships to enhance client offerings and expand services.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the global startup ecosystem to inform partnership strategy.
- Represent EY at industry events, conferences, and startup forums to expand network and elevate brand presence.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, reporting on progress and impact to senior leadership.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management, preferably within the technology, startup, or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and manage complex partnerships from inception to execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the international startup ecosystem, including funding models, innovation hubs, and key market trends.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional, global team.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Existing network within the European or global startup and venture capital communities.
- Proficiency in Italian or German is a significant advantage, given the location.
- Experience working with digital transformation initiatives and an understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Cloud).
- Experience in a global professional services firm or a fast-paced, international startup environment.
