As an Enterprise Architect focusing on IT Architecture at SAP Krefeld, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the technological future of our solutions and internal systems. You will be responsible for defining architectural roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and promoting best practices across development teams. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and a strong ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise IT architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and robust architectural solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance to multiple development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and architectural patterns to determine their applicability and impact on the enterprise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT operations, and security to ensure architectural alignment and successful project delivery.
• Develop and enforce architectural governance processes and standards.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and technical leads.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our architectural practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of defining and implementing complex IT architectures for large-scale systems.
• Strong understanding of various architectural styles and patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Cloud-Native).
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their architectural considerations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
• Fluent in English and German.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience with SAP products and technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
