We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis for a global leader in financial services, all while working 100% remotely. You will play a crucial role in providing insightful financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and contributing to key corporate finance initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Support corporate finance activities, including M&A analysis, capital allocation, and treasury functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• CFA candidacy or charterholder.
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion).
• Fluency in German or another Swiss national language.
• Prior experience working in the financial services industry.
