Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Plan and execute audit engagements for international clients across various industries, adhering to IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards.
• Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and walkthroughs of client's internal control systems.
• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to clients and engagement partners.
• Prepare comprehensive audit documentation, working papers, and financial statements.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the audit process.
• Lead and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, audit methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across different service lines and geographies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in external audit, preferably within a Big 4 firm
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification (or working towards one)
• Experience with data analytics tools in auditing (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in German or French
• Experience with global or multi-national audit engagements
