We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Mushroom Harvesting Operatives to join our team in Wiesbaden. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, possess good manual dexterity, and are looking for stable employment in the agricultural sector. No prior experience is necessary, and importantly, no German language skills are required for this role. You will be responsible for the careful and efficient harvesting of mushrooms in a controlled environment, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Harvest mushrooms by hand, carefully selecting mature specimens.
• Inspect mushrooms for quality, sorting and grading according to company standards.
• Pack harvested mushrooms into designated containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the mushroom farm.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work in a controlled, often cool and humid, environment.
• Basic English communication skills for team interaction are a plus, but not strictly required for tasks.
