Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic B2B sales team in Konstanz. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and presenting SAP’s innovative software solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, primarily through phone and digital communication channels. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, primarily via phone and web conferencing.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of SAP's products and services.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams, marketing, and presales to maximize revenue potential.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for international client communication.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an inside sales, lead generation, or business development role, preferably in B2B technology or software sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in German or another European language is a plus.
