We are seeking a motivated and analytical Working Student to join our Global Procurement team in Sursee. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student to gain practical experience in procurement analytics within a leading global healthcare company. You will support our team in leveraging data to optimize procurement strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve supplier performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and fluency in English.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of procurement data from various sources.
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to visualize key procurement metrics.
• Contribute to the identification of trends, opportunities, and risks within the procurement landscape.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Collaborate with procurement managers and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Document processes and methodologies for data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain concepts.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SQL or other scripting languages for data manipulation.
