We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator – Global Logistics to join our dynamic team in Graz, Austria. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods across our global network. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Coordinate international shipments, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods, providing real-time updates to relevant parties.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve any operational issues or delays.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in the negotiation of freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehousing activities as needed.
• Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
