Are you an enthusiastic film student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment? Condor Films AG is seeking a motivated Werkstudent (Student Worker) to join our team in Pontresina. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to various stages of film and media production, working alongside experienced professionals. We particularly welcome candidates with strong English language skills, ready to support our international projects and communications. This position, based on-site, offers invaluable insight into the Swiss film industry and a chance to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with pre-production tasks, including research, location scouting support, and scheduling.
• Support on-set production activities, including equipment setup, logistics, and general crew assistance.
• Contribute to post-production workflows such as media management, basic editing support, and archival.
• Translate and proofread documents, scripts, and communications, especially for English-speaking audiences and international partners.
• Manage administrative tasks, maintain production logs, and organize project materials.
• Act as a point of contact for English-speaking talent, crew, or partners as needed.
• Support social media content creation and digital asset management.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Enrolled in a film, media, communications, or related degree program.
• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of film production processes and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of German, Romansh, or Italian is a plus.
• Familiarity with film editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with camera operation or basic sound recording equipment.
• Previous experience in a student film project or similar production environment.
• Valid driver's license.
