Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking San Marzano Tomato Laborers to join our agricultural team in Ried im Innkreis. In this vital role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the cultivation, harvesting, and initial processing of our premium San Marzano tomatoes. No prior experience is necessary, and proficiency in German is not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and a supportive, multicultural work environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to tomato cultivation, including planting, weeding, pruning, and trellising.
• Carefully harvest San Marzano tomatoes by hand at optimal ripeness.
• Sort and pack tomatoes according to quality standards and specifications.
• Assist with the preparation of fields for planting and post-harvest clean-up.
• Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the farm.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
