Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientific Writer to join our dynamic Medical Communications team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant medical and scientific content across a variety of therapeutic areas. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, clinical development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client objectives and industry standards.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and write a broad range of scientific and medical documents, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and scientific reports.
• Conduct comprehensive literature searches and data analysis to support content development.
• Ensure all written materials are scientifically accurate, well-referenced, and adhere to relevant guidelines (e.g., ICMJE, GPP, client-specific style guides).
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to gather information and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions regarding content development.
• Stay updated on scientific advancements and regulatory requirements relevant to assigned therapeutic areas.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in scientific or medical writing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical communications industry.
• Strong understanding of scientific principles and research methodologies.
• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex scientific data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D.) in a life science discipline.
• Experience with publication planning and journal submission processes.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic areas, especially oncology, immunology, or rare diseases.
• Familiarity with medical writing software or reference management tools.
