Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join our team as Strawberry Pickers for the upcoming harvest season. This is a temporary, seasonal position based on a piece-rate pay structure, rewarding your efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for carefully harvesting strawberries, ensuring quality and minimizing damage, in our fields located near Dornbirn. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. No prior experience is necessary, as on-site training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Hand-picking ripe strawberries according to quality standards.
• Carefully placing picked fruit into designated containers.
• Inspecting fruit for quality, ripeness, and defects.
• Following all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Working efficiently to meet daily picking targets based on piece rate.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Physical stamina and ability to bend, stoop, and lift light loads (up to 10 kg).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (sun, heat, light rain).
• Attention to detail to identify ripe and quality fruit.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual.

• Previous experience in agricultural work or fruit picking.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to achieve production targets.
• Ability to communicate effectively in German or English.
