We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hybrid Web3 Community Lead to cultivate and grow our community across various platforms. This role is crucial for fostering engagement, managing communication, and championing our decentralized technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Web3 principles, community dynamics, and a proven track record of building vibrant, inclusive online spaces. You will be responsible for developing and executing community strategies, moderating discussions, organizing events, and acting as a key liaison between our internal teams and our global community members.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy aligned with our product roadmap and organizational goals.
• Manage and moderate our community channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, forums), ensuring a positive and engaging environment.
• Organize and host online and offline community events, including AMAs, webinars, workshops, and meetups.
• Create compelling content (announcements, updates, tutorials) to keep the community informed and excited.
• Gather community feedback, insights, and sentiment to inform product development and strategic decisions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing ConsenSys at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging and community support.
• Identify and nurture community advocates and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the Web3 space.
• Monitor and report on community growth metrics, engagement levels, and sentiment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or crypto industry.
• Deep understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain fundamentals, and common Web3 platforms/protocols.
• Proven ability to build, grow, and manage active online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with community management tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter analytics, forum software).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content creation for community engagement (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, newsletters).
• Fluency in English.
