We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Hemp Harvesting Assistants to join our agricultural team in Munich, Bavaria. This seasonal role involves working outdoors in a dynamic farm environment, contributing directly to the successful harvesting of industrial hemp. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of hemp plants using various tools and techniques.
• Operate basic farm equipment for trimming, bundling, and transporting harvested material.
• Assist with the post-harvest processes, including drying, curing, and initial processing of hemp stalks and flowers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all farm safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the field team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the team leader.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
