We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Campari Tomato Farm Assistant to join our agricultural team in Fürth, Bavaria. This role is crucial for maintaining the high-quality standards of our specialty tomato production. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, willing to learn, and possess a strong work ethic. You will work closely with our experienced farm managers, contributing to all aspects of tomato cultivation, from planting to harvest. Fluency in English is a key requirement for effective communication within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with daily farm operations, including planting, irrigation, pruning, and harvesting of Campari tomatoes.
• Monitor plant health, identify and report any signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies.
• Perform general farm maintenance tasks, such as weeding, trellising, and greenhouse cleaning.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to all quality control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including plant growth, yield, and pest management.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, communicating clearly in English.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new farming techniques.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, for team communication and record-keeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Basic understanding of plant care or agriculture is a plus, but not strictly required.
