We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Asparagus Field Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Yverdon-les-Bains. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to contributing to the success of our agricultural operations. As an English-speaking member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the harvesting and initial processing of asparagus, ensuring quality and efficiency. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of asparagus according to quality standards and guidelines.
• Assist with planting, weeding, and general field maintenance tasks.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, if applicable.
• Sort, clean, and prepare asparagus for packing and distribution.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the farm.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
