We are seeking a talented and passionate Hybrid Brand Identity Designer to join our dynamic team in Wolfsberg. This role is perfect for an English native speaker who is adept at developing compelling brand identities across both digital and traditional platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual language and overall brand experience for our diverse portfolio of clients, working within a hybrid model that blends on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, and an understanding of user experience principles.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
  • Translate brand strategy into distinctive and impactful visual expressions for various client projects.
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and other designers to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Design and prepare assets for both digital platforms (websites, apps, social media) and traditional media (print, packaging, environmental).
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design output.
  • Contribute to the creative direction and visual standards of the agency.
  • Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development and graphic design expertise.
