Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and English-proficient E-learning Development Intern to join our innovative education technology team in Gütersloh. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation and enhancement of engaging digital learning content for a global audience. You will work alongside experienced instructional designers and multimedia specialists, gaining hands-on experience in the full e-learning development lifecycle, with a particular focus on content tailored for English-speaking learners.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of e-learning modules, courses, and other digital learning materials.
• Support the instructional design team in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and content structuring for various e-learning projects.
• Review and edit English-language learning content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and cultural appropriateness.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and user acceptance testing of e-learning content and platforms.
• Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices in e-learning development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure instructional effectiveness.
• Manage and organize e-learning resources and digital assets.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal), native or near-native proficiency required.
• Strong interest in instructional design, education technology, and digital learning.
• Familiarity with basic e-learning concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning new software and technologies.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Multimedia Production, English, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge or experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Understanding of learning management systems (LMS).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Experience with content management systems.
