We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier IT talent across various technical domains. You will leverage a diverse set of sourcing strategies and tools to build robust talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for our most critical tech roles. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive IT candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, boolean search, and specialized platforms.
  • Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
  • Manage and track candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring teams regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and virtual recruiting events.
  • Continuously research and implement new sourcing tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably within a tech company or a recruitment agency focusing on IT roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive IT candidates.
  • Strong proficiency with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, boolean search).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Solid understanding of various IT technologies and roles (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Science).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • Familiarity with the Swiss IT job market and regulations.
  • Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
