Deutsche Telekom AG is seeking a driven Trainee to join our dynamic team in Lübeck. This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in all facets of B2B sales, client relationship management, and corporate solutions. You will learn how to identify business opportunities, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting partnerships with our corporate clients. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Participate in a structured training program covering B2B sales cycles, product knowledge, and account management strategies.
- Support senior sales managers in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports for corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and target clients.
- Assist in managing existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Learn to identify client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Deutsche Telekom's corporate solutions.
- Attend client meetings and sales pitches to gain practical experience in negotiations and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
