We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kreuzlingen. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is fluent in English and can thrive in a fast-paced international environment, as German language proficiency is not required for this role. You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and facilitate effective communication across various departments. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room setup, catering, and technology arrangements.
- Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing office supplies.
- Support various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the team.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
