We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Owner to join our Global Product Team based in Solothurn. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and delivering innovative products that delight our global customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to translate product vision into actionable user stories and ensure successful execution from concept to launch. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product area within our global portfolio.
• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes based on business value and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing clarity, feedback, and ensuring product integrity.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product progress and outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions within the scrum team.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven company.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful software or hardware products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working within an agile framework.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics products or related industries.
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
• Knowledge of German or French.
