We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cayenne Harvesting Operatives for the upcoming season in Weimar, Thuringia. This is a crucial, hands-on role where you will be responsible for the careful harvesting of cayenne peppers. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of cayenne peppers with attention to quality and care.
• Assist with the initial sorting and packing of harvested produce.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and food quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the farm environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Basic communication skills in English are welcome; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
