We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Mint Field Laborers for seasonal work at our agricultural site in Enns, Upper Austria. This role is crucial for the cultivation and harvesting of mint, an essential ingredient for our premium food products. As a Mint Field Laborer, you will perform a variety of tasks outdoors, contributing directly to the success of our seasonal farming operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic agricultural environment and gain hands-on experience in sustainable farming practices.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual labor tasks related to mint cultivation, including planting, weeding, and thinning.
• Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution to the mint fields.
• Participate in the harvesting of mint, utilizing both manual techniques and assisting with machinery operation.
• Monitor crop health, identifying and reporting any signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the fields and surrounding areas.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to showing up on time for shifts.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of English or German for communication with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in agricultural labor, farming, or landscaping.

• Valid driver's license (Class B) is a plus.
