We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Brochure Folding Operative to join our production team in Cologne. In this essential role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed folding machines, ensuring the precise and efficient production of various brochures and print materials. Your keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions will be critical in maintaining our high-quality standards and meeting production deadlines. This position requires a proactive individual with good manual dexterity and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. English speaking proficiency is essential for team communication and understanding operational guidelines.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and monitor automated folding machines for brochure production.
• Load paper and other materials into machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform routine quality checks on folded brochures to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal performance and resolve minor issues.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies.
