We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Remote Paid Ads Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will manage significant budgets, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth, contributing directly to Zalando’s continued success in the competitive e-commerce landscape. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in paid media.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
- Manage substantial advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in paid media and performance marketing.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign strategies and overall marketing efforts.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns (PPC, SEM, Social Media Ads).
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent understanding of bidding strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver strong ROI.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
- Experience in an e-commerce or fashion technology environment.
- Familiarity with other ad platforms (e.g., Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
