We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our international sourcing team in Passau. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers across global markets to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain, mitigating risks, and fostering strong supplier relationships to support Bosch’s ambitious growth objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of international trade, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement international sourcing strategies for various categories of goods and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new international suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance criteria.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with global suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, supply chain risks, and cost drivers to inform sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, logistics, legal) to align sourcing activities with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in international procurement or sourcing, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.

• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., C.P.M., CPSM).
• Fluency in an additional language (e.g., German, Mandarin, Spanish).
• Experience with SAP MM or similar ERP systems.
