We are seeking a talented and passionate Curriculum Developer with expertise in Instructional Design to join our dynamic team in St. Moritz. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing engaging and effective learning experiences across various educational programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, educators, and technology teams to create innovative curriculum content that meets the needs of our diverse global learners. This is an on-site position based in our St. Moritz office.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and effective curriculum materials, learning objectives, and assessment strategies.
• Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning theories to create interactive and learner-centered content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, ensure accuracy, and align curriculum with learning goals.
• Develop a variety of learning assets, including lesson plans, multimedia content, activities, and evaluations for online and blended learning environments.
• Conduct thorough content reviews and revise materials based on feedback, performance data, and evolving educational standards.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design, educational technology, and adult learning principles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Curriculum Developer or Instructional Designer.
• Strong understanding and application of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
