We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Innovation Manager to lead our corporate innovation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic innovation projects that drive business growth, enhance product offerings, and optimize operational efficiencies across IWC Schaffhausen. You will work cross-functionally with various departments, from R&D and product development to marketing and operations, to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a passion for emerging technologies and market trends in the luxury sector.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of new innovation opportunities aligned with IWC's strategic goals.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of innovation projects from concept to pilot, ensuring successful execution and measurable impact.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and creative sessions to generate novel solutions and concepts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, product, marketing, production) and external partners (startups, academia) to foster a collaborative innovation ecosystem.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to anticipate future customer needs and technological advancements in luxury watchmaking.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the progress and success of innovation initiatives.
• Champion an innovation-driven culture throughout the organization through communication and engagement.
• Present innovation strategies and project updates to senior leadership and executive committees.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in corporate innovation, product management, or strategy consulting, ideally within the luxury goods or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile).
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and senior leadership.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
