Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Packing Assistant to join our team in Köflach, Styria. This crucial role involves the precise and efficient packing of pharmaceutical products, ensuring all items meet our stringent quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic manufacturing environment and must be proficient in English for communication, understanding instructions, and adherence to protocols. While previous experience is a plus, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for success in this vital role within our supply chain.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Execute the packing of pharmaceutical products according to specific guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect products and packaging materials for defects, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
• Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Label and package products accurately, verifying batch numbers, expiry dates, and other critical information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.
• Record production data and complete documentation precisely and timely.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in spoken and written English for clear communication and understanding of instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and procedures consistently.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or packing role.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
