We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Wiesbaden, focusing specifically on our growing international client base. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert guidance and tailored mortgage solutions to non-German speaking clients and expats looking to purchase property in Germany. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and navigating them through the complexities of the German mortgage market. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with international clients to assess their financial situation, property goals, and mortgage requirements.
• Educate clients on the German mortgage landscape, relevant legal frameworks, and application processes.
• Analyze and compare various mortgage products from Deutsche Bank and partner institutions to recommend optimal solutions.
• Prepare and submit accurate and complete mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation from international clients is in order.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the entire mortgage process.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including underwriting, legal, and compliance, to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay current with market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes affecting the German mortgage market and international clients.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract new international clients and grow the mortgage portfolio.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage advisory, financial consulting, or a related field, with a focus on client-facing roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the German mortgage market, products, and legal requirements.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of client applications effectively.
• High level of professional integrity and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office Suite).
