We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Agent fluent in English to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service from the comfort of their home. As a Hotel Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with bookings, modifications, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. You will play a crucial part in maintaining Hilton’s reputation for world-class service.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage incoming calls and emails from guests regarding hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information about Hilton properties, amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Accurately process reservation requests using our booking systems.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services and promotions where appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, special offers, and availability.
- Collaborate with hotel front desk and sales teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with reservation software and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a hotel, call center, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices.
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
