Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Tree Nursery Workers to join our team in Düsseldorf. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about nature and hands-on work in an outdoor environment. As a Tree Nursery Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of tree cultivation, from planting and tending to preparing trees for sale and transport. No prior experience or German language skills are required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Planting, watering, and fertilizing young trees and shrubs.
• Weeding and maintaining nursery beds to ensure optimal growth conditions.
• Pruning and shaping trees according to horticultural standards.
• Assisting with pest and disease control measures.
• Preparing trees for shipment, including digging, balling, and loading.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the nursery.
• Operating basic nursery equipment and tools safely.
• Following instructions from team leaders and adhering to safety protocols.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of English for communication with supervisors.

• Previous experience in a nursery, landscaping, or agricultural setting.
