Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing highly effective performance marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing spend, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering measurable results in a large-scale e-commerce environment.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across paid search (SEM), social media, display, and affiliate marketing channels.
- Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, product, and data analytics, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market changes to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce or large-scale digital environment.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other major platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools.
- Demonstrable experience with budget management and ROI optimization.
- Excellent understanding of tracking, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
