Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our international corporate office in Leoben. This role is essential for supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department, ensuring efficient administration of HR processes and providing excellent support to our employees and HR business partners across various functions. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, contributing significantly to a positive employee experience within a global organization.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Manage and maintain HR records, both physical and digital, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting necessary documentation, and coordinating first-day logistics.
  • Process employee life cycle events such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and leave requests.
  • Support the payroll preparation process by providing accurate and timely employee data.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare various HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners and other HR team members.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an international corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Austrian labor law.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR software.
  • Additional language proficiency.
