We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Rye Harvest Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Floridsdorf, Vienna. This is a temporary, on-site position perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on experience in agriculture. You will be an essential part of our team, contributing directly to the successful harvesting of rye crops. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. English speaking skills are required to ensure clear communication within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the manual harvesting of rye crops under the guidance of field supervisors.
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment after appropriate training, if required.
• Perform general field maintenance tasks, including weeding and clearing.
• Sort and prepare harvested rye for transport and storage.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
