We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hybrid International Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team in Munich. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing expert tax advice to multinational clients, navigating complex international tax landscapes, and ensuring compliance with global tax regulations. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from our modern office in Munich combined with remote work options, allowing you to balance professional growth with personal well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of international tax principles, excellent analytical capabilities, and fluent English communication skills to effectively advise a diverse portfolio of clients.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide comprehensive international tax advice to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients.
• Analyze complex cross-border transactions and structures, identifying tax risks and opportunities.
• Assist clients with tax planning, restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions from an international tax perspective.
• Prepare and review international tax computations, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor changes in international tax law and regulations (e.g., BEPS, EU directives) and assess their impact on clients.
• Liaise with tax authorities, clients' internal teams, and Deloitte's global network of tax professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and development.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in international tax in a professional services firm or multinational corporation.
• Proven knowledge of international tax principles, treaties, and local tax laws.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for professional communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Master's degree in Taxation, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• German tax advisor qualification (Steuerberater) or equivalent international certification.
• Experience with tax technology tools and software.
