We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive significant change within our clients‘ IT organizations. This role is pivotal in guiding complex IT landscapes towards agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in various agile frameworks, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful agile transformations at an enterprise level. You will be instrumental in coaching senior leadership, establishing agile governance, and optimizing value streams across diverse technical teams.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and champion large-scale agile transformations across IT departments and business units.
• Coach and mentor senior leadership, product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on agile principles and practices.
• Design and implement tailored agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) suited to the client's organizational context.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed agile mindsets and skills throughout the organization.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of agile initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT strategy teams to ensure agile transformation aligns with overarching business goals.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support the establishment of communities of practice for agile roles within the client organization.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading agile transformations in large enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with multiple agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
• Proven ability to coach and influence at all levels, from executive leadership to individual contributors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with IT strategy formulation and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build high-performing teams.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), LeSS Practitioner).
• Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
• Background in management consulting.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
