We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Alfalfa Field Workers to join our agricultural team near Neckarsulm. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to work outdoors, contribute to sustainable agriculture, and are comfortable with physical labor. No prior experience with alfalfa is required; we welcome applicants who are willing to learn and grow with us. You will be an integral part of our crop production cycle, ensuring the health and quality of our alfalfa fields. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to alfalfa cultivation, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (e.g., mowers, balers) after training.
• Monitor field conditions for pest infestations, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Assist with irrigation systems setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Participate in field preparation activities such as soil tilling and fertilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of farm tools and equipment.
• Support general farm operations as needed, working collaboratively with the team.
