We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Brochure Folding Operative to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise and efficient folding of various brochures, marketing materials, and internal documents for the BMW Group. This is a critical role that supports our marketing and communication efforts, ensuring all materials are presented professionally and meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Fluency in English is essential for understanding instructions and collaborating with team members.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate manual and semi-automated folding machinery to accurately fold brochures and other print materials according to specifications.
• Inspect materials for quality defects (e.g., misprints, creases, smudges) before and after folding.
• Prepare folded materials for packaging and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and report shortages.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on folding equipment as required.
• Adhere to company standards for quality, efficiency, and material handling.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive task environment.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
