We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate Data team in Waidhofen an der Ybbs. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw corporate data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, design and develop robust BI solutions, and ensure data integrity and accessibility. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using various BI tools.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse source systems into data warehouses or data marts.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing clear, concise summaries and recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance and data management practices.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging BI technologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Demonstrable experience with at least one major BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques.

• Experience with scripting languages like Python for data analysis.
