Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate Data team in Salzburg. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across various departments. You will work with large datasets, develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models and reporting solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing and monitoring data quality processes.
• Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and data dictionaries.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to maintain data integrity and security.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with BI visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
