We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our team as Cherry Tomato Harvesters in our state-of-the-art greenhouse facility in Braunau am Inn. This full-time, on-site role involves carefully picking and preparing cherry tomatoes for distribution, ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully pick ripe cherry tomatoes by hand, ensuring minimal damage to fruit and plants.
• Sort and grade harvested tomatoes according to size, color, and quality standards.
• Package tomatoes into designated containers for storage and transport.
• Monitor plant health and report any signs of pests, diseases, or abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the greenhouse.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Contribute to general greenhouse tasks as needed, such as pruning, watering, or plant care.
• Adhere to production targets and quality control measures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily harvesting goals.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting light loads, for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for delicate harvesting.

• Ability to work effectively in a warm and humid greenhouse environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
